Who is behind CiviHelv?
I am Yosef Jesús Gamarra La Riva. My personal experiences in Switzerland have shown me how difficult it can be to understand a decision, find the appropriate institution or prepare a complaint, particularly with limited financial resources.
Why I created CiviHelv
Administrative procedures, differences between cantons and language barriers can leave people without clear guidance, even when they make every effort to follow the rules and submit their documents.
I decided to turn that experience into an open resource that helps people find reliable information, document what happened and identify the official routes available.
My commitment
CiviHelv does not replace public authorities, lawyers or formal appeals. I want to help people access understandable information and prepare their next step regardless of their income, background or language.
Access to guidance and the opportunity to be heard should not depend on a person's income.
What CiviHelv offers today
Confidential case intake, attachments and publication of real cases remain disabled until security, privacy and review processes are completed. CiviHelv is independent and is neither a public authority nor an official SP project.
